We are in love and just so smitten with our new dog! We had an absolutely perfect experience in adopting our Freya. Cathy and Paws of Dale Hollow were nothing short of incredible- professional, efficient, available and open! All of my questions were answered very promptly and with great detail too. Their process was very thorough and exactly what it needed to be. Everything was so very well organized and executed perfectly, and we were given everything that we needed to make sure that this transition was not only perfect for our new forever companion, but for us as well. We're SO appreciative for everything, and are so happy to know that Paws of Dale Hollow is doing what they do, finding these amazing creatures the home, the life and the love that they deserve!
