Three years ago, my marriage was on the rocks due to my drinking problem. I had been a drink sneaker and was caught many times, felt repentant, and vowed to change only to go back to my old behavior. I found Moderation Management from a friend and instantly felt that this was the program for me. A chance to moderate my drinking without cutting out alcohol altogether, which seemed not a good option for me. Since then, my life has changed for the better, my marriage stronger and I feel like I have become a more authentic version of myself. PLUS! I've never enjoyed drinking as much.

The MM Organization is run by caring, thoughtful, intelligent and dedicated people who really care about fellow problem drinkers. I am now also a Meeting Facilitator and it is a most joyful and important focus for my time and effort.

Moderation Management truly saved my marriage. Due to my drink sneaking, I was given an ultimatum, either quit drinking or this marriage is over. I did not think total abstinence was the answer, and I found MM. Nearly two years in, my life has gone through a profound change and is still changing for the better. I am moderating successfully and have never enjoyed drinking more than now. For me, the meetings are the answer. I have become a meeting leader and it is one of the best things I've done in my life. Our MM tribe is supportive, non-judgmental and always caring.
