I joined Moderation Management (MM) in 2014 when I realized my daily evening drinking was affecting my day-to-day life. I started off using just the email support group and it was fantastic. I followed the loose guidelines for cutting back, set parameters for myself to help bring my drinking way down, and to this day am a committed member. I consider myself an "MM Success Story" - not sure where I'd be now without the support I found with this organization.
