RAR is amazing! They've done so much work in Romania and their efforts have made a tremendous difference in the life of animals. From spay and neuter campaigns, to education brochures, to free care for stray dogs or pet owners with limited possibilities, RAR has proved that they really care about the wellbeing of animals. I am forever thankful for what they do in Romania.
