Angels of hope are literal Lifesavers. They helped me so much in my time of need, even more than I was expecting. Being a single mom diagnosed with stage 4 cancer is hard enough but having them in my corner made things so much easier for me and my kids. I can't thank them enough! They got us into our new house after being stuck in a tiny studio apartment for two years, helped with bills so I could save up and also enjoy doing things with my kids and it was all done within a couple of days. They are truly amazing!

I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer November of 2020. I was already a struggling single mom but the diagnosis completely turned our lives upside down. We moved from Ohio back to my home state of Michigan and then suddenly found ourselves homeless unable to find a safe place that accepted section 8 without a long waitlist. We were homeless for three long months. Living off of SSI and a prayer. New day helped us so much and have always been caring and so supportive. I was able to finally find a nice little place and new day paid for the security deposit and first months rent so we could finally move in to our own place! It was nearly $2000! I wouldn't have been able to pay it without them. They are a godsend! Such a beautiful organization. I can't thank them enough for all the did for me and so many others !
