Sound Community Services demonstrated an extreme commitment to their community throughout the pandemic, continuing to serve their clients and supporting their staff in doing so safely. As an organization, they consistently evaluate themselves and look to improve how they provide service to the community and support their staff in becoming increasingly masterful in their field of expertise. While holding appropriate boundaries, staff repeatedly go above and beyond in supporting their clients through challenging times and guiding them towards meeting their needs.
