I have lived with epilepsy for over 20 years, essentially all of my adult life. For many years I didn’t realize how common epilepsy really is. We found the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation several years ago online and we were so impressed by their mission and dedication to the epilepsy community. Julie and Doug have given tirelessly to the cause of educating and providing much-needed resources for families and people living with seizures.
I had a brain surgery 4 years ago and that was my happy ending, as I am no longer living with seizures. But it’s the cause closest to my heart and I’m so thankful for the encouragement we’ve found in CHF.
