What a wonderful experience I had with PawSafe. The application process was fair and easy. I was then invited to the shelter and worked with an adoption coordinator. Initially I saw a dog I had to have and was disappointed when PawSafe said to come with an open mind since most people do not match with the dog they think they want. Boy where they right. I came to my appointment insisting that I only wanted to see Charlie. I was introduced to Charlie and he was very sweet but the little puppy in the run next to him was doing everything possible to get my attention. It was love at first site and that is who I adopted. Their adoption process is touch free - a plus with covid scares still lingering - and it was simple. I got all my medical documentation and adoption contract delivered right to my email. They do ask that you take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours which was a little tricky but my vet fit me in. They were impressed with both the puppy and paperwork. Great group of volunteers that really care about the animals.
