Hi, Several years ago, I had the privilege of meeting with Admiral Carroll, a great American and one of the founders of CDI. He taught me a great deal. A NATO commander he had great insights that are relevant today. He understood the role NATO should play in relationship to Russia as if he had premonitions of dangers on the horizon. His approach to nuclear weapons and and the dangers of US militarism has to be admired. Having worked in nuclear medicine and radiation therapy I have always been interested in the risks and benefits of radiation. Admiral Carroll. certainly understood that concept.
