The officers and consultants at the JCA are true servant-leaders. They offer the program called The Career Gateway, a Job Search Workshop and I participated in June 2021. Their expertise, experience and insight were shared unreservedly in such a way that you are inspired to push-in, learn, grow and act independently. Much of the value is found in the hands-on approach without being hand-holding. The services rendered were on point, complete, and rivalled any program carrying a higher price.
The small fee was still further subsidized for those unable - and so invaluable was the experience that I intend to make a voluntary donation as soon as my finances allow. And I know my income will grow as I employ the know-how provided to reach opportunities.
They provide background information and rationale, obviously based on sound research, and critical thinking to address any and every type of career change, and a professional commitment which made the time with the group quite personal. The follow-up and opportunities to continue learning and growing - all without judgement - include job search club, job and mentorship opportunities, contacts of all sorts and social media networking. A true extreme pleasure to work with the team and I have recommended several persons to partake. With sincerity, I support any options that will allow JCA to grow and continue serving our community.
