Georgia Symphony Orchestra offers an amazing Sensory Friendly experience in Marietta, GA. My daughter who has autism has gone for several years and LOVES it! The musicians are so friendly and willing to let the attendees experience their instruments. This year, the orchestra offered both a morning and afternoon event, enabling even more participants. My daughter absolutely loves this event and we are so grateful to have this resource in our community. These pictures are from March 2019, you can see the joy!!

Review for A Mother's Rest Charitable Respite Foundation, New Market, MD, USA
There are no words to express my gratitude to AMR. It is because of my experiences at Lawton Place in Mt. Airy, GA, that I finally learned how to relax after 20 years of being a special needs parent. The 3 night stay is the perfect time to rejuvenate. I have been fortunate to attend the Mommy and Me trip in Jekyll Island this year. Watching the many moms with their children, spending uninterrupted time together away from the stresses of life as a special needs family, brought me great joy. AMR is an amazing organization, and one that has touched countless lives.
