I was very shy with public speaking and speaking my mind on subjects, however that all changed for me when I joined Be The Star You Are! This radio show allowed me to gain confidence when talking to others. I am now able to talk in a professional manner in Speech and Debate and Mock Trial Competitions. A big shoutout to Cynthia Brian for giving young teens an opportunity to dive into topics they are deeply passionate about!!

I joined BTSYA a year ago, and it has been such an amazing thing to join! Cynthia is awesome, and she spreads the positivity the world needs. The radio reaches out and gives people so much motivation and inspiration to make an impact on their community. I just joined Be The Star You Are, and the first experience was amazing. It was great to talk about something I love, and it makes me want to keep doing more shows and takes away from fright of speaking in front of people, I truly enjoy it.
