I have been an ANV volunteer for 10 months and am finding it the most rewarding volunteer work I have ever done. I drive seniors to doctors, help with organizing and moves, and am a friendly-visitor to someone with cancer. These seniors are so delightful and grateful. I have learned so much about their lives and the history of Arlington. I am grateful to work with them.

Twice daily emails list current needs and it is easy to sign up. I love the flexibility to pick whatever tasks fit my schedule. Staff and volunteers at the office are very knowledgeable and friendly and eager to help. I decided to get more involved and joined the board and I keep recruiting my friends!
