Review for 2000 Strong Youth For Christ, Carrollton, TX, USA

I have been w/ 2000 Strong since it's inception. The loving spirit that resides w/ both campers and staff is awesome! These kids are our future and I know that this camp feeds them in a way that nurtures their hearts. We have kids from all walks of life that find a way to open up and share which allows others to grow. I believe that we've gotten better each year and that we won't stop trying to make it a better camping experiece for all involved!

This camp will continue to get better because of the love the people have for children and each other. I have witnessed the transformation of not only the children that attend but all those that are involved as well. Christ is good!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

We need to get the word out to more people and we will as we continue to experiment w/ different means of communication. Word of mouth has been the main source of communication so far and it has worked miracles!

Role:  Volunteer & I am not only a board memeber but a councelor to a cabin of high school boys. We try to become a family in our short time together.
