Review for Union Of Orthodox Jewish Congregations Of America, New York, NY, USA
I have received letters from this organization (letterhead says "Yachad - National Jewish Council for Disabilities - an agency of the Orthodox Union" thanking me for my pledge. I did not make a pledge. When I spoke with the organization in the past, they told me they would correct the error and remove me from their solicitation list.
The problem happened again, and the organization told me that it must be "something due to our outside contractor that does fundraising".
Sending a letter demanding a "pledge" that was never made is fraud.

Review for Chmol, Brooklyn, NY, USA
I received a telephone solicitation from this organization and responded that I do not donate money over the phone. I received a second soliciation some time later and responded identically. I then received a "Second Reminder" letter in the mail telling me to pay my "pledge payment".
I made no pledge.
I looked up this entity on your website and note that, although they claim to have been in existence for over 20 years, they have made no financial information or IRS filings available.
