I have been receiving support from R 1:99 for the last three years and the guidance has been completely transformational. I have developed tools and resources to manage difficult and overwhelming emotions resulting from complex childhood trauma. I have learned a completely new way to live, involving self-compassion, nonviolence, meditation, prayer, and love for myself and those around me. Also, the beard oil from Eden Products is wonderful. I am excited to receive citrus bath salts to add to my "self-care kit." My life is exponentially improved since meeting R 1:99. Thanks for all you do and god bless!
