My brother needed to rehome his 5 month old chihuahua/dachshund female. I posted Isabella on RescueMe on November 30 and the calls started coming in. The first lady we spoke to wanted her for her grandchild. We met up and realized the little boy was too young for such an active puppy. We were all disappointed but we knew it was not a good fit. We parted with no hard feelings. The second lady I spoke to was very sweet, young and lived 4 hours away. There were no children in the house so Isabella would recieve all the love and kisses she could handle. We met today with her and her husband and they fell in love with Isa. She was all over them giving kisses and loving all their attention. We all knew she had found her new people. Isabella is now in a loving home with new parents who will love her and keep her safe and healthy. RESCUEME made this process easy and gave my brother the knowledge that his puppy would be in good hands in her new home. Hopefully we will never have to use this site again to rehome but it is great and comforting to know they are there to help. I do feel confident knowing that should I ever decide to adopt a new dog I can go to RescueMe and find my new baby with ease. Thank you RescueMe.
