For The Love of Birds was so helpful and patient with me, helping me find just the right companion to match my unique lifestyle. We had multiple meetings and if we didn’t make a match we kept trying until we finally did!
“Pearl” and I are learning our schedules and our likes and dislikes through trial and error. He wasn’t even one of the birds I was supposed to meet and now we are a family!
I just can’t thank this rescue enough for all of their help. And it doesn’t end there - now I have even more questions and I know they will be there for me and gladly answer them. Special thanks to Joanne and to Tracy and Caryn who opened their homes to me (and I’m sure to many others before and after me).
