I am a retired educator and have been a member of IVC since 2015. I have found my "niche" teaching women in a non-profit professional training program that readies women of limited economic means for a career in healthcare. I find the work challenging and rewarding. IVC not only facilitates matching volunteers with jobs that need doing but also providing the community and support that sustain long-term commitment. I am blessed to be a part of IVC.
