Revved Up Kids (RUK) provides critical personal safety and self defense training for teen girls age 11 and older. RUK founder and staff are friendly and professional, and deliver training in a very effective workshop format. Training includes understanding high risk situations, social media safety, relationship violence and much more...We hosted a RUK workshop for our Girl Scout Troops a couple of years ago, and we look forward to working with them again to focus on training for our high school juniors and seniors, before they head off to college. I wish every girl could participate in this potentially life saving training.
