I have only been helping out at the Lords Pantry for a short time. What has impressed me the most is the helping, caring and compassion of all the volunteers. My most memorable day was right before school started and they gave out school bags and supplies , the parents and kids were so excited. Hurricane Ida devastated Downingtown , so many people lost everything. The pantry was not only helping with food distribution but helping find hotel rooms, appliances and furniture . I’m thankful for the opportunity to help with a great organization.
