My husband and I have been volunteers at Lords Pantry for 8+ years, we find it one of the most rewarding parts of our week. Knowing we are helping those who are truly in need and the gratefullness of our clients is so apparent and heartwarming.
Even though working through Covid has been a definite challenge the Pantry is so well organized and run that adjusting to the new restrictions required has been seamless.
The camaraderie between volunteers has grown into true friendships.
We truly feel enriched by our Lords Pantry experience.
