GA Jack Russell rescue is an extraordinary dog rescue! I first became involved with them when I returned to the USA 5 years ago after 30+ years living in Germany. We rescued several pups while there. Our recent rescues were a JRT and German Shepherd. I searched for a rescue to support. I’m grateful to them for the opportunity to volunteer.

On my first visit I was struck by their dedication and commitment to each rescue dog and their needs. Their main focus is finding forever homes for the pups that come into their care. Mama Donna and her volunteers are talented in caring for senior dogs and their unique needs, pups in need of urgent care, and rescues who arrive together.

GA JRT Rescue screens fosters and potential adopters to make a “just right”match for each dog. When faced with a rescue dog with extensive needs, they are skilled at raising funding so every pup gets the appropriate medical attention.
