I have been coming to the Friday zoom sessions since mid 2020. It was something that I looked forward to each week. During covid and the lock down, I didn't really have support or anything to look forward to so this was something I held onto each week. The guys and gals were fun to talk to and gave me the encouragement I needed to get through from week to week since in-between I was experiencing a lot of loss and grief. I started to also follow the facebook page and got lots of info on free drive through food banks that really helped me get by since I was not able to work and unemployment was a challenge to get. I am looking forward to being able to meet up with everyone in person at the next live seminar they are hoping to do in January 2022.
