As a longtime Board member, I am constantly impressed by the organization's ongoing efforts to innovate and adapt to best serve its client's needs. PSS respects it clients, hears them, and responds. I am very proud to be associated with this group and its hardworking leadership and employees.

Since I've been involved with PSS, it has intelligently expanded to all boroughs and has managed to reach out with innovative programs and services to more and more of the city's caregivers and seniors. COVID prompted the organization to pivot to digital, to address the tech needs in the communities it serves and to continue to be a helpful and supportive presence for its clients. Bravo!
