I have stage 4 cancer and at the back of my mind is knowing I won’t be “cured/cancer free”. Life is precious, whether human, mammal, primate, amphibian, avian, etc. I am so against killing animals that no longer produce milk, eggs, meat. Tearing newborn calves from their mothers and killing them just so we can drink milk. I love this rescue that never saw no to any animals they learn of that need a new lease on life and give them a sanctuary to live the remainder of their lives in peace and comfort.
