Today's session on zoom produced by Life Group with Nelson Vergel as the speaker was just what I needed. So much great info in this seminar on how Supplements and Medications Interact was eye opening. I learned that I might actually be taking my medications incorrectly with over the counter vitamins and other things including food. I especially am happy to have the handouts that I can refer back to if needed. I will be keeping my eyes open for the future presentations.
