In 2019 I had the pleasure to volunteer with Curamericas. This organization impacts the Latin community so much. While completing that experience, we partnered with the Guatemalan Consulate to provide free high-quality health services and information to individuals that visit the facility. The program has grown so much. I saw Mr. Herrera and my lovely friend Jill connecting with Guatemalan people in a natural way.
Moreover, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Curamericas went above and beyond to keep helping these families including providing information to fight fake news about mask use and vaccination. There are so many things that I admire about this organization.

Having a mom that is a native, I deeply connect with Curamerica's mission. I'm so proud to be part of this family.
