My company has been supporting Life Group yearly for more than 10 years. One of our employees tested positive for HIV. We searched and were referred to Life Group for support and education. Their team came to our workplace and provided an HIV 101 and an emotional support group workshop so that everyone was on the same page about what HIV was. Their facilitator then opened the discussion to us all where we could openly ask questions and learn how we could best support out employee, and some were very upset. It was an emotional day and they handled all our tears with the utmost compassion and true care. They left us feeling inspired and we felt prepared to help our co-worker. We have since been proud to send a yearly gift and we highly recommend this organization. Their quick to action and professionalism was beyond what we could have expected.
