After my husband had a bad accident and we were forced to move across county with a few bags in our possession. Waiting for our belongings and caring for kids was taking a toll on us. It was a new city, we were newly military so we didn't know our resources.
Then I found Ms Janet. I made a post asking for help and she replied and offered help. My kids had clothing and toys and child care so we could focus on my husband's recovery. It felt like an angel was sent down to us in the middle of all our struggles.
Next thing we knew, she had reached out to other organizations and help continued coming our way. From financial assistance, to presents. We were blessed.
The biggest thing is that we know no matter when, or what time. They are there for us. They are willing to help and guide us.
Ms Janet has never stopped helping us in any way. I will be forever grateful to this organization. I keep telling all my Hispanics friends about how great this organization is, and hope it can be known more widely.
