I started as a volunteer at BHHR and then I rescued two horses from a kill lot. Becky’s Hope and their staff were so helpful and we learned so much about taking care of them. We enjoyed our new babies and helping to take care of the other animals at Becky’s Hope. We found and purchased a small ranch of our own and moved our horses and selves there. A few months later we adopted Ani, a Jenny (female donkey) and her offspring, Diva and moved them to our new home. We loved working with the critters at BHHR and the staff. We don’t have as much time to give them as we had before but we still help when we can, donate, and stay in touch. They mean a lot to us. Please donate time or money to BHHR.
