Serenity is the perfect name for this equine rescue and rehabilitation. Just being on the farm is calming. The first time I went to Serenity as a volunteer I was surprised by the cleanliness of the farm. It is clean and peaceful and you just know that these are well cared for animals.
Owner Patricia Clark is passionate about the horses and every horse brought to Serenity is given the best of care, using gentle methods only. They’re cared for physically and emotionally by many, including veterinarians, trainers, Patricia and fabulous volunteers who all work tirelessly.
When a horse is deemed ready to be adopted and rehomed, the potential new home
and owners are carefully vetted, including a property inspection. From all I’ve seen and know, Serenity is exactly what an equine rescue should be.
