Hand in hand has saved my life being sleep deprived with a screaming aggressive child and both of us going through trauma. I spoke to a consultant who thought it birth trauma. I looked up articles to help me deal with it. Managed listening partnerships and have had beautiful times learning to be led in play. It gives me a Benchmark for direction and understanding when I miss it.
