As a Los Angeles Reserve Police Officer, I have experienced first hand, the excellent support for Reserves from the Foundation. With their support, they provide Reserves with equipment we use in the field on a daily basis. They also fund training at times that as specifically convenient for Reserve Officers with full time jobs.

Probably most importantly, they have helped create an environment in the department with full time and reserve officers working hand in hand as equals.
