Review for The Haven, Fairhope, AL, USA
When the little Labrador we had arranged to meet was adopted last minute by his Fosters (and we completely understood), we were promised by The Director of The Haven, Michael Graham, that we would be the first family called when the next Labrador came in. True to that promise, we got a call and were immediately smitten with the four month old black Labrador whom we named Tux. Four years later, when we wanted a lap dog we let Michael know and sure enough a tiny Chiweenie showed up. We named her Maggie and have remained best friend with the Fosters. The Haven tries its best to care for surrenders and to get them into good homes. We will always go there for our babies.
Review for The Haven, Fairhope, AL, USA
We are the proud parents of two Haven adopted dogs and we also volunteer. We can tell you that the Haven is run by Director, Mike Graham, and his staff, and is in good hands. Mike runs a tight ship - money is used as it should be and animal welfare comes first. They spend countless hours getting animals ready to go to loving homes, and are very particular about where they go. If we were to get another pet, it would definitely come from The Haven.
