In all honesty, this company changed my life. After going though extreme suffering and doctors prescribing me stronger and stronger steroids that were no longer having affect, I had had enough and started hunting for answers. I count my lucky stars that I stumbled across ITSAN. Their website clearly explains what TSA/TSW is and has lots of helpful links for people wanting to learn more. I love that they have a whole section "for doctors" as so many are uneducated about TSW, and gives us an opportunity to point out what we're going through.

As well as having all of the information on the website I have had a personal email from one of the staff at ITSAN who went out of her way to give me advice and send me some relevant links. She showed me how much they all care for each individual and how much they want to help.

Last but not least the ITSAN facebook group is just the most wonderful group of supportive and caring people. It's invaluable for us all to have a space to connect and support each other along our journeys; have an ear if we need to vent, and update each other with progress. I couldn't be happier to have found ITSAN.
