A Hand Up-NOVA, (The NOVA Diaper Bank) is such a wonderful organization that truly is dedicated to making a difference for families with young children and babies experiencing diaper needs. It's amazing to see what dedication and a sincere passion to help others can do. The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors recently presented The NOVA Diaper Bank with a Proclamation that it supports them, especially during National Diaper Need Awareness Week, September 23 - October 3, 2021.
