ECF continues to provide outstanding service & assistance year after year to our thousands of deserving clients and their families. From across the age spectrum. ECF programs offer life-affirming help and education to individuals with special needs from early childhood through their senior years. I am honored & privileged to serve as Board Chair of this wonderful oganization.

ECF is an outstanding & effective organization with the critical mission to comprehensively serve uniquely-abled individuals and their families throughout their lives. From early Head Start to K-12 Education at the Kayne-Eras School, from specialized training programs to supported employment, from widely admired art programs to residential care through later life, ECF provides consistent & caring support by extraordinary staff. I am so proud to be associated with ECF, which has made such an important difference in the lives of thousands of deserving clients.

ECF has provided life-changing & life-saving services to thousands of special-needs individuals & their families.
