ECF is very close to my heart. Organizationally, It is one of the best run non profit organizations that I have seen. Staff are very professional. The management is devoted to the highest service excellence, and the mission is to enrich both adults and children with developmental disabilities to integrate them into the society . The board is also very much committed. I will give them the highest rating possible.!
