The Center for Biological Diversity ("Center") is one of the most effective environmental organizations working at this time to save all aspects of our environment. The Center was one of the first, and few, to take on the environmental impacts of human overpopulation -- a courageous act, but a very necessary one. The Center is very good at using the legal system to apply pressure to effect the change that is necessary. Being a New Mexican, I see and hear how the ranchers and others demonize our extremely sparse wolf population. They would be happy if there was not a wolf left on the face of the earth. The Center is there fighting for the wolves as well.
