TCP Global's micro-loan program collaborates with P2P in the Yumbe District of Northern Uganda. P2P's' technologically appropriate and cost effective solutions provide access to clean water, sanitation, and disease prevention in rural villages that realize a 50% plus reduction in preventable diseases. P2P is an excellent partner, working respectfully and effectively with grassroots partners to support their efforts to implement sustainable improvements in marginalized communities. P2P is effective because they listen and let the locals lead the way. They do not go in thinking they have all the answers. The low-tech, cost effective solutions they help implement are sustainable and replicable.
