This is a wonderful agency with caring employees who work in a demanding profession. They live the core values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in everything they do. These core values don't just live on a document, poster, or website, they have been embraced in the fabric of the culture as the guiding principles that drive us each day.

As the leader of this fantastic agency, I could not be more proud of their hard work. They are kind, compassionate, and respectful and practice our core values of compassion, respect, accountability, and excellence. Every day something takes place that makes me pause and say, "WOW" over the commitment they show to the people we serve.

They reinforce the reason why I am a servant leader.

I am always amazed at how this agency steps up to serve the community. Providing med management, therapy, social supports, case management, or just showing up to give away free school supplies of their own time, they are always there to give through service.
