I started following Medical Mutts years ago. I’m a 65 year old type one diabetic and wanted an extra tool in my pocket so to speak. When Medical Mutts offered one on one training via zoom I was very excited to begin. I was owner, trainer. Actually Melissa had to train me more than my dog! Melissa was patient and kind and very encouraging! She talked me off the ledge of feeling like I’m failing many times. We spent a year training via zoom with Medical Mutts. We graduated this past August 2021. I was so thrilled and pleased with the progress my dog, Dixie, made. I purchased Dixie from a breeder in the great hopes that she would be my dog that would save my life!! Now Dixie alerts me through the day, range is 100 to 180. She is relentless with poking me, she keeps me in better control than my Dexcom. I can’t say enough about Medical Mutts!! I absolutely love this organization and everything that Jennifer Cattet has accomplished. Thank you Jennifer and Melissa and the whole staff that keeps this organization going! ❤️
