My son and I travel to CA every 2-3 months for his medical treatment. There is only One facility in the world that is treating rare orphan diseases (protein allergies that lead to anaphylaxis) through immunotherapy, tolerance, and 100% success rate. That facility is in CA. he has been in treatment for years, and in ONE year, he will reach remission. It's been an incredible taxing journey, for multiple reasons. One, the hyper vigilance required in daily maintenance and treatment dosing must never falter, and two - bc it's not entirely covered and expensive. Thanks to Miracle Flights we have been able to continue through this life saving program. When Miracle Flights partnered with Black Lane, that helped us immensely as well. We are SO thankful and grateful to Miracle Flights and ALL the incredible folks that work to help families like ours.
