Volunteering at the Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County has been one of the greatest services that I've ever experienced. Elaine Roberts and the staff are very professional and accommodating to the clients and volunteers. It is such a pleasure seeing such a "well oiled machine". When shutdowns happened due to the pandemic, online mediations immediately began and trainings continued, both remaining at the high standards of mediation services. Because of the greatness of this organization, mediating has become a great passion for me. Grateful to volunteer with such a great organization.
