I work for a municipal animal shelter in New York and sadly, an elderly Yorkshire Terrier mix with medical issues was surrendered to the shelter because her owner passed away. At nearly 14 years old, this dog would have been very hard to find a home for. We contacted Lea at Paws Give Me Purpose and she welcomed Talulah Belle, now "Lulu" with open arms into her sanctuary. When we visited it was apparent that each dog was so loved and taken the very best care of. We cant thank Paws Give Me Purpose and the incredible work that they do enough!
