We were connected with our new fuzzy baby through this incredible organization! Andrea is an absolute angel for all that she does. We reached out to her about rescuing since we rescued a chinchilla the summer prior and are familiar with them. They become so embedded into our hearts, and we have years to go full of love with our new addition! My son‘s sweet baby hamster passed away on Father’s Day, and it broke our hearts. We had already rescued one chinchilla, and his big heart wanted to do the same again. We connected with Andrea states apart, and we found a person surrendering their chinchilla. The communication, the kindness, and how incredible she made the whole experience seamless!
