My experience with Constructive Solutions has made this one of the very few reviews I ever give.

I decided to enter the EWC at the last minute in the idea stage and surprisingly made it to our local finals. Due to school, personal and work tasks, I was swamped and had little time to conceptualize the idea in its entirety and prepare for the business pitch. Even after a serious health issue that requires rest, Mr. Ashley John took the time to help me bring the idea together and believed in the business idea waaaaayyyyy more than myself!!

This was not revealed until about three days before the pitch and I felt bad for asking so many questions as it was all new to me, but he asked me to rest assure it was okay and he was fine. Even after the competition and him taking leave to better recuperate, Mr. John kept in contact and encouraged me to pursue my idea. I felt the compassion he has for what he does. I look forward to the continued guidance and support and meeting the rest of the team as we aim to fulfill this venture.

I cannot help but smile each time I think about how refreshing the genuine care and interest in youths and helping them build is.
