I have been involved with M25M for nearly 30 years. In that time, I have been a volunteer, leader of NGO in Nicaragua that receives aid and now a Board Member of M25M. What amazes me is how an item that would have gone to a landfill in the U.S. makes its way to the needy in communities around the world- making a critical difference in their lives. All of this is done with an army of volunteers who believes in the idea to help the poorest of the poor; or help those in need at the moment they need it most. I have been in the communities where aid is received and heard the recipients of aid convey their thanks that the world has not forgotten them. I am grateful to be associated with M25M.

I have been involved with M25M for over 20 years. There work in Nicaragua, around the world and in the US has been transformational. In 2020, when much of the world was in the throes of Covid-19, M25M kept their "virtual doors" open. Helping people in new communities, focusing on communities of color and those disproportionately impacted by the virus; as well as partnering globally to get masks to those in need. All the while, they responded to disasters all over the world, including two hurricanes in Nicaragua, getting help to those in need. I can't imagine a world without M25M. Thank you for all you do!
