I have been lucky enough to volunteer with the great folks at Matthew 25 on several occasions including two disaster medical relief trips.

Their organization is truly inspiring and well-run. They respond to natural disasters and other emergencies efficiently, quickly, and truly prioritize the communities and people they serve.

The ongoing efforts of team members and leadership mean that they have developed a resilient network of devoted volunteers and local and national community partners and supporters.

Their volunteer network is like family and some of the kindest and most caring people I have been privileged to meet and work alongside.

Mathew 25 donated hygiene products to West Clermont School District. These individual products were turned into hygiene packs that were distributed to students as emergency hygiene resources. This was very helpful for students and families who needed these resources. Mathew 25 is a wonderful organization and we're so grateful to have them in our community.

I am always happy to support Matthew 25 Ministries. They have a focused mission and have demonstrated time and time again their ability to execute quickly when the need is greatest and the impact meaningful. Matthew 25 Ministries seems to know exactly what area of the globe requires their services and before many other organizations can formulate a plan, they are there helping. I have been involved with Matthew 25 Ministries since its inception. Since its founding it has grown into one of the nation's largest charities. During this time the ministry has make extensive use of volunteers making it one of the most efficient charities. The ministry has been a labor of love among the staff and volunteers which service the poorest of the poor as well as those impacted by natural disasters in this nation and throughout the world. Throughout the years the ministry has remained true to the vision of the 25th chapter of the gospel of Matthew.

This nonprofit is amazing in its ministry to those who need it most from local to regional to global. They supply resources, supplies and services during times of crisis, disaster and poverty through stewardship of resources. Always quick to respond to the need, they mobilize and help throughout the country and internationally while continually serving and responding throughout the local community as well. This organization is a model of what we can achieve working together to help alleviate the suffering caused by poverty, famine, disaster and crisis.

Matthew 25 continues to serve as a wonderful ministry. I have been serving here with people from work and with people from our Bible study group over the past few years. After we have completed our time, everyone always remarks how enjoyable the service was. Staff are always excited to help and very friendly. They not only help the volunteers but remind us as to how our service is helping those in need. Not only does the ministry reach people globally though! They're also involved in the local community! Very thankful for what they do!

My family and I have been volunteering at Matthew 25 Ministries for almost 14 years; we volunteer as a family and my children started going there with their grandfather to volunteer together. I now coordinate my church's volunteer schedule here, so we go with friends from our church. The staff is wonderful and have become like family to us; they are always willing to work with the volunteers' needs and make accommodations at the work stations. They assign stations that are appropriate for the group and work with different age groups - from young children to senior citizens! The staff are appreciative of the volunteers and that helps to make the experience more enjoyable and rewarding. We go on a monthly basis and I think we have worked at every station there! We look forward to going and seeing some of the staff every month.

I have been a VOLUNTEER with Matthew 25: Ministries since 2010. I've worked in the processing center, went on several mission trips to West Virginia and worked "on the ground' during the relief efforts for the Dayton Tornadoes in 2019. The leadership team and all of the staff with whom I worked are top notch. They are all dedicated to their mission of helping people. I am now president of a local food pantry. Our pantry is a PARTNER with M25M in their Fresh Food Focus program, where they furnish much needed fresh produce and shelf stable food to us which we provide to our neighbors who are facing food insecurity. I am also a DONOR since I know my charitable donation dollars are put to good use. Thanks M25M for all you do!

I work with a Christian charity that shares a similar mission to Mathew 25. We have enjoyed a collaboration for over three years now, their staff is incredibly easy to work with and prompt to help. M25 has helped us support our partners in times of disaster like hurricanes and flooding in Central America and the Caribbean. The product we have received to support victims through local international programs has been of high quality and much needed.

This initiative began with 500 hot meals a day for over 20 years and blossomed into the distribution of fresh food and relief items for nearly 10,000 families per month. Matthew25 Ministries is a perfect example of the silent, yet powerful, extension of the hand of God! They have been helping Giving the Basics supply products to our clients for years. Their team works tirelessly to coordinate getting our most needed products to us; allowing our clients to then find success. I have been involved with the fresh food program since it's inception. Through the generosity of Matthew 25, I am able to supplement meals for five individual families, help provide "Blessing Bags" for an after school tutoring program, help stock a "Little Pantry" outside my church, supplement food for Washington UCC free lunch program, and provide a monthly Community Meal at Faith UCC. Additionally, I frequently have extra to send to a small local food pantry, which is alway grateful. With Matthew 25's help, I serve 6 commnities each week!

Last year when The JoBro Foundation was in need of blankets to give out to the homeless, Matthew 25 ministries was so gracious and donated 200+ brand new blankets for us to distribute during the cold months. We are so grateful for Matthew 25 ministries!

M25M is a God send to so many and to me in a different way. I am the founder of the nonprofit Faith Freedom Life that serves families of the incarcerated. M25M has provided donations needed to help the families we serve from blankets during the cold season to hygiene items for those returning home from incarceration. Matthew 25 Ministries is such a wonderful organization helping so many near and far. We have been lucky to support M25M with product donations for many years. Matthew 25 ministries has truly been a blessing to our children/teen ministry. Most of the children we minister to come in our van ministry. They are mainly from a near by trailer park and have many needs. Most are from broken families. Living for grandparents or other family members. Many of the parents have several struggles and are not able to meet the children's needs. With the help of Matthew 25 we are able to provide a cooked lunch for our lunch and and lesson program. On Wednesday evenings they are also able to provide a cooked meal after our church service for them and we provide breakfast for them on Sunday Mornings. Any left over items are sent home to help each family. In addition to the children/teens from time to time we are also able to help families in our church that maybe going through a hardship as well as helping any homebound that are in need. Again Thank You so very much for helping us to help others.

My name is Dr. Mike Staudinger and I am employed as an ER physician in a rural hospital in central Wisconsin. I have been affiliated with Matthew: 25 Ministries for 30 years and have served on the board for 22 years. I essentially have grown up with these folks and therefore am in a position to give an informed opinion as to how they operate. In short, they walk the walk.
Over the years I have been on dozens of mission trips to developing nations with M25M. At times these involved disaster relief such as food, water, and clothing distribution, medical clinics, and building housing for earthquake victims. Other trips dealt with development work ranging from updating hospital wards and repairing schools, to supplying a hydroelectric generator so a remote village could have electricity, to building a community center. We helped start a dairy co-op with a group of Nicaraguan farmers and built a hotel in Haiti so missionaries could get safe food and sleep in a safe environment.
Where there is a need M25M finds a way to fill it, and all in a third world setting which is inherently unpredictable due to uncooperative governments, unreliable transportation, and questionable ( often nonexistent) supply chains. This is accomplished by a seasoned administration with a clarity of purpose and a staff with a dedication to mission who consistently meet and exceed challenges with integrity, patience, and grace. God has truly blessed the efforts of M25M and I am blessed to be a small part of it.

My team and I partner with Matthew 25 Ministries on a monthly basis to provide them with any personal care products that our facility may have that are not sellable due to scratch/dent. M25M is able to ensure these items are distributed to individuals in need. This could be people who are less fortunate or victims of a disaster. M25M supports the less fortunate and will always go out of their way to help in any way possible. We coordinate with them on scheduling trucks to pickup from our location. They will also unload our re-usable containers and return them to us. Everyone we have worked with are always very friendly and professional. They seem to have a special calling and find it easy to go out of their way to help you when needed. The facility is proud that we are able to be a small part in helping others. We have had several individuals also do volunteer work with M25M and were very happy and proud to be able to help out others in need. I am proud to have such an amazing partner to work with to be able to help assist others in need. We are happy to continue donating products and volunteering our time to assist in any way possible. I highly recommend to partner with them if you are interesting in giving in any way possible.

We partner with Matthew 25 Ministries on a monthly basis to provide them with supplies such as glue, tape, super glue and various hand and foot creams. They will then send those items to the less fortunate and those who were victims of a disaster. M25M does a great job of supporting the less fortunate and will always go out of their way to help. They are always willing to send a truck to pickup from us when needed or even accept one of our trucks at the last minute to ensure they have product to be able to help someone. The people who work there are always very friendly and go out of their way to help you when needed. I am proud to be able to work with and donate product to them to help those in need. They are a true inspiration and show how much they really care about the community and people in need. Thank you for all you do.

Matthew 25: Ministries Inc. Is sent from above, they have helped so many individuals, organizations, and agencies. In Cleveland, Ohio alone they have serviced many in need from PPE equipment and hygiene products at a dire need in time for families. I was contacted by board member Jeanette Hanna- Ruiz to make sure Covid-19 testing was accessible to black and brown communities that were being overlooked initially when testing became available. Multiple testing sites were arranged simultaneously at three agencies for the same day. Cars were lined up around corners, because individuals wanted some relief from fear that was pushed into their homes on a daily basis by television. The added supplies of basic toiletries and safety equipment was accepted readily. Thank You Matthew 25: Ministries Inc. from all the families you helped. Their generosity continued and partnerships were formed with community stakeholders that had the capability to store and continue to give out needed supplies, i.e Catholic Charities and Cleveland Public Libraries, and many others.

Matthew 25: Ministries Inc has done incredible work helping communities recover from disasters and providing direct assistance to people experiencing poverty around the world. Their dedication and commitment to their mission has helped save countless lives and provided critical assistance that promotes long-term sustainability.

I have had the pleasure of witnessing the efforts of Matthew 25: Ministries in Nicaragua. This direct action and care has and is making a huge impact upon the communities there. Their emergency and crisis care are among the best, but for me seeing the ongoing education and health outreach reflected in the faces of children is priceless. They allow persons to better themselves and their communities, in short they are sowing the fields with love and hope is blooming.

Matthew 25 is committed to serving communities around the world. Their commitment in Central America, specifically Nicaragua, is longterm and serves as a model for how to work alongside local communities - listening to people and letting them lead. Recent examples of this collaborative work can be found when M25 worked tirelessly in the support of cloth masks for protection against the coronavirus, and when M25 brought much needed supplies to communities damaged by multiple storms and hurricanes in Nicaragua in 2020. The work done by Matthew 25: Ministires Inc and its volunteers has been life changing and life saving to so many people around the world. When I learn about where and how they are helping , I know that my financial contributions are being used in the best possible ways.

Through daily reports and pictures by a friend saw clearly how strategic and effective Matthew 25: Ministries Inc was in quickly mobilizing during floods in Nicaragua and reaching those most in need. Also witnessed the nonprofit's "all hands on" approach to help a local, historically-disadvantaged community build a school, stock it with donated computers, and begin computer classes. I travel widely through Africa and encounter many NGOs. This one is effective, efficient, and well managed.

I have had the absolute best experiences volunteering at Matthew 25: Ministries. My all time favorite volunteer experience was when a team from work spent an afternoon together mixing paint. On top of being a great team building outing it was extremely rewarding to know that the paint that we were reblending would benefit projects for those in need here in the U.S. as well as in developing countries. M25 has made such a great difference with their mission in Nicaragua. I've seen pictures of the work they are doing - supporting the community with initiatives, such as making thousands of masks for the pandemic, providing computers and computer literacy classes, and helping with local farmers. My name is Pastor Jones and I have been involved with Matthew 25 Ministries for over 17 years. This is a world wide organization that no matter where the need doing natural disasters whether hurricanes; tornadoes; earthquakes; wildfires or flooding. They have responded in over 60 countries around the world and locally in the USA. It is amazing to see how the staff at Matthew 25 Ministries and the countless thousand of volunteers children & young and old from all different ethnicity and social economic background come together as one to help those who have been devastated through these disasters and in many cases have loss everything. But most of all Matthew 25 Ministries and the staff & Volunteers show those who they help with Love & Compassion & Respect. Matthew 25 is a great ministry that helps so many. My mom & I both really enjoyed volunteering & seeing everything that goes into their day to day & all they do to help the community.

I've been volunteering with Matthew 25: Ministries for over seven years. I started out by working about 16 -20 hours per week. Now that I've retired, I average probably about 20 hours per week , most of that by working from home due to COVID-19 since March. The work they do in helping the "poorest of the poor" and disaster victims is incredible. The leadership, staff and other volunteers I've worked with are very passionate about the ministry. I've also been a donor for several years. I like the fact that only a small fraction of their total cash and in-kind donations goes towards overhead and fundraising and that the rest goes into their programs. So if you are looking to support a great non-profit, either through volunteering or financially, I highly recommend Matthew 25: Ministries.

I began volunteering at Matthew 25: Ministries a few years ago and soon after applied for a job and began working there. Now, as a local singer in Cincinnati, I also recently partnered with them on a concert event raising awareness for COVID-19 safety, so I feel that I have first hand experience with how M25M works. The aspect that is special to Matthew 25 is the heart of its staff. Each member of the staff has a heart for the poorest of the poor and those in need all across the world. Their energy is spent on finding the most efficient and effective ways to help people in need while making real change in the communities they serve. Hand in hand with this personal service is professionalism. M25M knows exactly what their doing and executes their work in a trustworthy manner. I have full confidence that when I help out by donating my time (by volunteering) or donating my money, that it is going directly toward change.

I am an optometrist in the Cincinnati area. Several years ago M25M approached my partner and myself to travel to Haiti with them to provide vision care to people in and around Port-Au-Prince. We were accompanied by other physicians, volunteers, including my daughter, and staff fromM25M. The experience was incredible, but what impressed me the most was the relationships that the people from M25M had with the people of Haiti. The mutual love and respect for each other was so very obvious. Several months ago I was privileged to go on another trip. This time it was to a hurricane stricken part of the Bahamas and my son (also an optometrist) joined us on this trip. The overall experience was once again so great. M25M partnered with local churches to allow us to provide care to those in need. I never cease to be amazed how God has blessed this ministry, as M25M continues to care for people all over this world who are in need of help, when they need it the most!!

M25M is an amazing organization, and I am very blessed to have worked with them on multiple occasions through medical Missions/disaster relief. They take great care of their volunteers and use every opportunity to show love and kindness to those in need. I have met and cared for so many wonderful people from around the world because of the work I have been able to do with M25. Hello, my company volunteers at M25M about 4 times a year and I can speak to the validity of the operations of this organization. Everyone in the warehouse is "getting their hands dirty" packaging personal care items for Countries and US Cities in need. For example, we folded and packaged about 500 hooded sweatshirts for those in need over in Haiti last time we volunteered. Matthew 25 recently helped my Hospice organization by donating 3 pallets of clothing, toiletries and bottled water to homeless seniors that we were assisting in partnership with a local hospital. We were so grateful for their help and so were the recipients!

I represent the Mason branch of my company, Cengage. in local volunteer efforts. Cengage employees of all backgrounds have been volunteering with Matthew 25: Ministries for a number of years and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience, staff, and good will of the organization. Matthew 25 continues to partner with us year after year and provide us quality information about their mission and events so our employees are always informed. I, personally, have not encountered a group with more enthusiasm for what they do.

I signed up to volunteer for Matthew 25 in 2016 and have eagerly chosen this site each year because of the impact it has not only in the Cincinnati area but around the world. Matthew 25 responds to natural disasters and provides aide to people who are not able to assist themselves whether it's a result of poverty or an unforeseen act of nature. Wendell Mettey and mission his trip to Nicaragua. It took one man's desire to make an impact in one community that has essentially helped so many people all over the globe. Touring their facility - or better yet - volunteering at Matthew 25 allows you to experience first hand the good they are doing for those in need. It is a world-class international relief organization. But I think that which enables Matthew 25 to stand apart from the multitude of other quality nonprofits is their people. From their volunteers, to their full time staff, and all the way up to their senior management and board of directors - Matthew 25 is represented by countless quality individuals who all share one common goal: to provide relief and assistance to those in need.

I have worked with Matthew 25 on multiple occasions helping thier emergency support team and they truly are inspiring and was so awesome teaming up with them. The work and help they provide is top notch. It was great to be part of such an amazing team of people driven to help .

My 13 and 11 year old sons and I got the opportunity to travel with Matthew 25 to help the people of Haiti. This was both of my sons first time on a trip like this. What a great experience it was for them and for me. We were able to see firsthand the work that Matthew 25 is doing in Haiti. We were so thankful to be there and have the opportunity to play with the children in the orphanage, as well as help with hand-outs to some of the factory workers in the city.

During our entire time with the team, we felt very safe, and very wall cared for. The travel and lodging accommodations were very comfortable. The guides / guards were extremely friendly.

This is a trip that we will all remember for a long time. It really opened up our eyes to the living conditions of people in other parts of the world. It also got us excited to find additional opportunities to help the people in this world that are in need.

Recently had the amazing opportunity to volunteer with this group in Haiti. As a former social worker, I can tell you first hand that this organization focuses on working from the right end of every issue they tackle. The scale and broad scope of their global impact is a testament to their effectiveness as an organization. It was an honor and a privilege to serve beside them.

It was life changing experience, not only for me but for the children in the orphanage. Volunteering there, as we do, makes us feel like part of a caring family.

I have such a wonderful and empowering time whenever I'm there. It's amazing to see all the hard work the volunteers and staff put in and how far they reach out.

We are so glad and thankful to have the Matthew 25 program at Junior Elementary! The coats, camp, supplies, and work that was done this summer was amazing. Thank you so much for the impact you have made on our students and community!

Matthew 25 has been a God send to our small school! They provided labor this summer as they helped us paint and clean (with our small staff, having their muscle was very important and time saving). They also ran a two-week camp which served many of our students in grades K-4; and our kids LOVED it!! Most recently, they delivered coats, scarves, hats, and gloves to EVERY child at Junior Elementary School. The coats were beautiful (an inside jacket to be worn on cool days and a heavier outer coat for cold weather). The scarves were hand made for EACH child. The hats and gloves are new and attractive. Each child in our school received the brand-new coat of their choice! These were not hand-me-downs, not used from Heart and Hand or the Salvation Army. I cannot tell you what a difference a brand new coat, hand made scarf, new hat and gloves makes in the life of a child who does not normally receive new items. Thank you, Matthew 25! Matthew 25 is top notch organization that continuously strives to help others. Matthew 25 provides support to the Barbour County School system in West Virginia. School supplies are sent to us several times a year through their organization. These supplies are greatly appreciated due to our low socio economic status. They also spent a week at Junior Elementary School making improvements to our school. A camp was held during that week that got students involved in academics and fun activities.

Matthew 25 Ministries has been working with Barbour County Schools for years in rural WV. I have seen them personally touch lives of our Barbour County youth and families year after year. I'm a principal at a small, rural school that Matthew 25 visits. The work they do is God's work. They have helped us provide a safe and caring learning environment for students. The summer camp they put on with kids is top notch! I can't say enough for this wonderful group!

I have been volunteering at Matthew 25 for about 4+ years. My wife and I go every Friday and do whatever we are asked to do in support of their mission. Whenever possible we bring our grandkids. They love doing work that benefits those in need. It provides a life lesson and strengthens caring values. Last week when I was there I saw several kids, about 6 or 7 years old working with soaps. The joy on their faces was priceless. Every time I show up I am impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the work effort of them and the volunteers. Finding Matthew 25 was something I will be forever grateful happened.

I have been privileged to work with this loving organization for many years. Each time I go I am amazed at the positive, loving, caring difference this "mission" has on our world. It is especially gratifying to be able to,actually "work" here and feel part of the whole process rather than just writing a check.

I have worked here for years and it is the "best thing ever". I bring in donations from our parishioners (pill bottles, medical supplies, clothing, household items, shoes, leftover paint, etc). It has been a neat experience to find us using Rainbow Paint from M25M while on Mission trips in Jamaica!!! I usually volunteer once a week, meeting my sister who lives 30 miles away so we can "catch up" while we work. Once you come here, you are "hooked" on what M25M does for the world! I thank God for having given me the opportunity.

I have been working with Matthew:25 for over 15 years. The people who run this organization, the volunteers who give up their time and the friendships that have been made over these years has made a big impact on my life. I am always amazed at the scope of what Matthew:25 does. If you need help----they are there!

M25M has proven to be a life-improving experience, not only for the millions of people who receive help/aid, but also for me, personally. In the act of volunteering once a week, I can witness the hours of labor that lovingly go into making this aid possible. In so many ways I, myself, benefit in sharing with the other volunteers, the mission of M25:M has laid out. I feel I have made another family here, especially with Lou, a very special family. I would encourage everyone to make time for volunteering at some point in their life!! It is SO worth it!

I first started volunteering because my golf buddy, Bob, and I were trying to find some new places to spend our time. Since one of our other golf buddies had an injury, our group could no longer golf. We tried local places like soup kitchens and helped restore some local buildings, but when we came across Matthew 25 Ministries we really liked what they do. They accepted all of us, no matter what religious background we had and they never pushed any believes on us. We really liked that. The best thing about them is that 99.9% of all donations go out and help people in need. I remember helping sort somewhere around 10,000 tuxedos and thought, what are they going to do with these? Shelly reminded me that in some countries it's really cold so they could really use the jackets to keep warm. I had never thought of it like that before. I also really enjoyed their Tickets The Radio Play performance, it was really funny!!

God has blessed me with a good life and lots of advantages. In addition to enjoying what I do at Matthew 25, I feel a responsibility to pay it forward to those who don't have as much as I do.

Sixteen years ago, my wife and I, both newly retired, were looking for location to volunteer. We tried M25M and stayed. The opportunity to serve to, to stay in Cincinnati and the people we met early on (Wendell and Anita), all contributed to our decision of volunteering. Of primary importance was the Matthew 25 parable, “what you did for these, the least of my brothers, you did for me.” My wife has since passed away; I have never regretted the decision we made sixteen years ago.

I love volunteering at Matthew 25 Ministries because I always have something to do. My most favorite person at Matthew 25 Ministries is Mary in station 1. She keeps me on my toes!

I can't speak highly enough about my experiences with Matthew 25 - whenever I finish volunteering, I feel empowered and ready to give even more of myself.

I first started coming to Matthew 25 Ministries in the fall of 2011. I was looking for somewhere I could serve the Lord by helping the least of these. After volunteering just one day, I knew I had found my place to serve the Lord. I am amazed at the work they do at home and around the world. I am amazed at the amount of donations they receive from large corporations. I'm proud to work for an organization that has consistently been rated one of the best non-profits. The amount of each dollar that goes directly to aid is astounding. I have made great friends during my four years there. I work on Station 4, and all of us ladies who work there care greatly for one another, and we care greatly about the work we are doing. Working in this environment can seem like abstract giving, but as I am folding, rubber-banding, packing each item, I try to think about the person who has nothing who might receive this item. It makes me smile. Once, I actually saw on the evening news from Haiti a dress that I had packed several of a month or so before. It was so exciting to see on television something that we were packing at M25M and now someone was proudly wearing that dress. I intend to keep working at M25M for as long as I can, doing as much as I can to serve those with the very least. This is great organization, made up of a great bunch of very dedicated people, both employees and volunteers. I am honored every time that I can go there to serve.

My mother in law (Betty Morgan) and I have been volunteering together at Matthew 25 for many years. We enjoy our time together and we have become great friends with many people who work and volunteer there. We are so glad to be helping this wonderful charity that helps the poorest of the poor.

After retirement I was looking for a way to give back to society for the luck that I had in raising my six kids. I worked for 41 years as a Bricklayer and instructor for our Local's Apprenticeship program. I wasn't ready to just sit in a rocker and quit and I had always made a deal with my maker to let me stay healthy and be able to raise my kids and provide for them as i thought necessary and I felt that I accomplished it, so now it was my time to pay back. I chose Mathew 25 to volunteer for because I had heard what a wonderful job they do for the people in most need. That my time w/ them would go for a good cause. I have enjoyed my 1 1/2 years that I've been volunteering there,I have met some wonderful people. Now my wife is retired and she too has begun to volunteer along with me.

I had lost all enthusiasm for serving the Lord after someone very close to our family was the victim of a terrible crime. Daily prayers were going up for that person’s safety. For God’s own reason safety was denied. My reaction was service withheld. My wife kept telling me that I mad at God. I kept denying it. She was right, of course.
The situation eventually got so bad for me spiritually that I was praying King David’s prayer of the Psalm 51:12, “Restore unto me the joy of the salvation.” God’s is merciful. His answer was Matthew 25 Ministries.
Our church had an outdoor Sunday morning service scheduled, turned out to be in the middle of a hot dry spell. We are in our 70’s so we decided to visit the Church of M25M. We had followed the progress of M25M through the Cincinnati Enquirer from its inception. Its rapid growth convinced us that God’s hand must be in it and would take this week to check it out.
After service we were given a tour of the facilities. The breath of the operation, to us, was almost unbelievable, certainly unexpected. The Global Village was, as it was then, an emotional experience still felt today. We have not been back to our old church since.
The following week I started volunteering, I thought, maybe a couple of hours a day, a couple of days a week. The second day as I walked out the door after my two hours I realized I was smiling and whistling. Wait a minute!! Was I happy?
Over the past few years seeing high school groups who choose M25M to fulfill their public service hour's requirements, has given me a new perspective on the teen culture of our country quite contrary to that I had formed based on mass media. The same should be said of busloads of student that come great distances from colleges and universities. There are wonderful companies that permit employees to donate time during the working hours as well.
The employees of M25M and the volunteers I have worked with over the few years are the finest people, as a group, I have known in my life. God has certainly restored the joy of His salvation to overflowing my permitting me to service Him by serving others, the poorest of the poor. I am so thankful to God that, as a volunteer, I can be a very small part of what He is doing for the world through Matthew 25 Ministries.

We really enjoy volunteering and working with all the other volunteers and staff. We love to come in every Wednesday. Also, we really love the food prepared by Chef Patty. doing the Christmas trees every year has also been one of the highlights of volunteering here. We really miss Ryan.

I worked for IRS for over 20 years in the receiving business and it wasn't until I turned my heart to advocate for others in their time of need that life began to mattered most. I realized its not always about being skillful or ingenious or knowing Plato's promise as much as it is to know someone cares. Care is a level of compassion that supersedes an abundant of riches that never secures the hurt, crisis or situation. Caring is priceless. I wanted to find an outreach that young children ages 4 and up could work, explore and see the results and /or impact they made in the world. I wanted to find an outreach where entire families could work together to help encourage, restore and impact another families. Matthew 25:Ministries made it all come together. 6 small churches make up the Tri-City Fellowship Team, 6 small churches with abundant hearts, willing hands and compassion coming together helping others in need. Working at Matt25Min is like the clouds parting to display a Sunny day. Beautiful!. It's all the intended will of mankind, helping, sharing, just give..... and it shall be given in great and bountiful blessings. WOW! Need to pay it forward, come on over to Matt25Min. I enjoy volunteering and my favorite thing at Matthew 25 Ministries would have to be the staff. I love coming to see them every week!

I retired from Humana Insurance 3/31/2013. I heard about M25M and started working there on 5/20/2013, the day the tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma. I met Lu in Station 4 working Avon clothing and shoes and we just "clicked". We had a lot in common in our personal lives and were both workaholics. We have been together ever since and I have to tell you that my heart is with Matthew 25: Ministries. I work three days per week and really enjoy myself. I know that I give back working there, but take away so much more in the satisfaction of helping others all around the world. I have made many friends, reconnected with people I went to school with years ago, and advertise M25M to all who are looking for something substantial to do with their lives. Employees are fantastic and they do everything in their power to provide a good, religious oriented experience for all to share. If I was a little younger, I would actually apply for a paid position with M25M because I am that happy looking forward to coming there all the time.

I really enjoy working with the other volunteers that come in. I have developed friendships from volunteering at Matthew 25: Ministries. It also gives me purpose since I have retired.

Matthew 25 Ministries is a great organization because they will effectively use you as a volunteer whether you can give a couple hours once a year or show up every week. There are a variety of tasks you can do for varying levels of physical ability. The staff are always appreciative because volunteers are essential to processing the volume of products Matthew 25 receives. So whether you'd like to volunteer every day of the week or just once or a few times a year, there is a spot for you at Matthew 25 Ministries.

What a fantastic organization. Ive been impressed with Matthew 25 since I've started volunteering for them. Last year, I ran the 5k and it was such a different energy than most other 5k's I've participated in. Everyone was there to support the organization and there was such a feeling of pride for M25M. It was so great. This year, Ive had the opportunity to travel with them on one of their mission trips and I'll just tell you, after seeing some of the inner workings of the organization I am more impressed still! M25M is a wonderful non profit and they are very good at what they do. From what I witnessed, the people that work with M25M, are also proud to be a part of the team and to me that speaks volumes. I will continue to volunteer and would love to travel on more of their mission trips.

What a wonderful organization! I have volunteered here several times over the years and participated in there 5K run. I am continually impressed by the professionalism and friendliness. My family recently went on Matthew 25's annual trip to WV, it was amazing! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be able to serve together as a family. We were so impressed by M25's organization and the passion they have for serving the children in the area. We loved helping the school and helping with the camp and the kids. It was truly a great experience and we hope to return next year. Great job M25, you all rock!

I went on a mission trip with M25M recently to West Virginia to do maintenance work on two schools. This is the 11th year for M25M to help with one of the two schools, the second school they have recently taken on. The work they have done and continue to do help with keeping this school open. The children who attend benefit immensely from the hours of time the volunteers put in. It's AMAZING what M25M has accomplished. It was exhausting but every minute and sore muscle was worth it.
M25M is, in my opinion, a very well run charity organization. When donating your time or money or both, you have the comfort in knowing that every minute and every dime is going where it should - to help those in need.
I can't wait to go back to WV and continue helping. Trust in a charity organization is a must and M25M is the most trustworthy charity organization I've had the pleasure of being involved with.

Matthew 25 is an amazing organization! I just spent a week with them in the Appalachia helping a needy school. We did maintenance work inside and outside the school building and helped run a day camp for the students. I witnessed first hand how these children have been touched by Matthew 25. I met some wonderful volunteers and I can't say enough about the Matthew 25 staff, they are simply the best!

What an amazing organization! Just came back from an Appalachia mission trip to WV and had a wonderful experience. So much work and love put into maintenence of 2 schools and an educational day camp for the kids. Sign me up for next year already so I can hug those kiddos some more!

I have volunteered here at Matthew 25 in sharonville,OH. It is a wonderful enviroment that even on its slowest days screams success and productivity.

I had the incredible experience of going on a Medical mission trip with Matthew 25 Ministries. The experience exceeded my expectations. From a humanitarian perspective, I was overwhelmed by the people, many children, in need of medical attention, basic needs, and love. I was extremely impressed with the organization and leadership of Matthew 25 Ministries. They are truly experts and leaders in this space. The trip was well planned, communicated, and went very smoothly. They utilized all of their valuable resources extremely well and efficiently. I was exhausted by the long days and hard work but that was more than replaced with a very full heart. I have utmost respect for Matthew 25 Ministries, their work, and the leadership team. Outstanding!

I just returned from a mission trip to Haiti with Matthew 25. It was amazing and heartbreaking at the same time. The love, care and aid that Matthew 25 provided to the Haitians was incredible. I was equally impressed by the sustainable solutions that they are working toward to help educate and prepare children and young people to earn a living and help support themselves and their families. That is what will really change the world!

My husband and I have supported this organization for years. We know that our money is used wisely and for its intended purposes. The outreach programs touch people in Cincinnati and surrounding suburbs as well and people in cities nationwide who have felt the devastation caused by natural disasters. The international efforts of Matthew 25 Ministries reach poverty stricken countries in many ways. Where there is a need, they are there.

I am an exchange student from Shanghai, China. I have been in America for about one week. Today I came here with my classmates and group members to do some volunteering work which is a part of our summer camp experience.
I have already tried to do some volunteering work in China like helping the tourists to buy their subway tickets and show them the right way to the places they would like to go to. But my experience today is completely different here.
We went to see a exhibition about how destructive some natural disasters could be, like tsunami, earthquake and tornadoes. Then we got to know the terrible living condition of the poor in Nicaragua. At last, we are told the history of M25M. The exhibition is so touching and inspiring that I truly feel sorry for those people who are now still suffering. Then we were asked to pick out the clothing for medical using which is still useful and throw away those broken ones. I didn't feel it disgusting at all. I was so focused to the work that I didn't realize the time.
I once heard a song called 'Man in the mirror' by Michael Jackson. It's call is that one should change oneself first, thus being able to make the world a better place. I was really inspired by that song. It told me not to be selfish or satisfied with the current condition. We should always care about the whole world and mankind, no matter where something bad take place, show our faithful love to those who suffer from disaster and poverty. That's what W25W has told me as well through today's work. Even if this is my first time to volunteer here and it only took one hour, it was really a big and profound lesson. I really appreciate the founders and the clients of this charity. They are very kind and responsible for the people in need. And I would love to be back and be honored to volunteer here again.

I love M25M!!! Along with being a regular volunteer at M25M, my daughter and I went on their mission trip to Appalachia (West Virginia) and had a great experience! The trip was very organized and we felt like we made a big difference with the work that we did that week. It was nice that the trip was only 5 hours away and it was very affordable. It was a great mother/daughter experience! I came back so excited about M25M that I booked a last minute serving opportunity with the service group that I lead at my child's school for next week at their facility in Blue Ash. It is so easy to volunteer there and they are SO organized. This is very important to me as a leader of my service group and also as a servant. : )

I volunteered at M25M based on the recommendation of a friend earlier this year...I loved it! I have taken back my youth group...and they loved it! Parents have come up to me at church asking when their kids could go back and if the whole family could go next time based on how much their teens raved about M25 once they got home! They have an excellent tour that pulls the volunteer experience together. We will be going back! The best part is how family oriented they are. I was able to take my small children with me, they were welcomed and given age appropriate jobs to do!!

My family and I went to WV with M25M and had a wonderful time. The staff was so nice, they were so passionate about helping that community, and did a extremely great job doing so. Christ has given us so much and it is a blessing to give back through M25M.

I recently returned from an amazing trip with Matthew 25 Ministries in Barbour County, West Virginia. I was so deeply impressed with how the highly organized efforts of the staff and volunteers matched the needs of the community. It was so powerful to see the deep level of appreciation from the people we were providing help to. It was a tremendous stewardship of resources (time, talents, and the material resources) to help others.

I really enjoyed the week that I spent working with M25M in WV! The staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable, the work sites were all very organized (especially the camp at Mount Vernon) and the work that we did really impacted the local community as a whole. As someone who has been on several mission trips in the past, I really appreciated the humanitarian approach of M25M. They are also more than willing to work with anyone who wants to serve (young, old, inexperienced, etc.). I plan on stopping by and supporting M25M in all of their efforts to make this world a better place!

I just returned from a mission trip with M25M to Barbour County, WV. The week was awesome, humbling, inspiring, and rejuvenating to see so many people doing God's will and working to help others. Due to the trip, I have started volunteering at M25M and hope to continue doing it on a weekly basis. The spirit I saw from their staff and volunteers on the trip is also the same spirit I see from all those who work at or volunteer at the office/storeroom/work area. Along with ministering to the community, M25M also ministered to their volunteers. I plan to return again next year with M25M.

I recently served with M25M on their July trip to Appalachia. It was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat in the future. Their work there improves the lives and well-being of the residents of Barbour County. Our projects included maintenance work at three schools in the area. Additionally, M25M, runs a day camp for that week for the elementary school students. The children were a delight and spending time with them at camp was very rewarding. Seeing the parents engaged in volunteer efforts at the school indicates long-term, sustainable changes taking place to end the cycle of poverty. I applaud M25M in their work! The entire staff was outstanding! They made sure that everyone had a sense of ownership and felt welcome!

I'm a pre-teen that has volunteered at Matthew 25: Ministries many times with my family. I enjoy serving at Matthew 25: Ministries, because I like the thought of helping people while I serve there. The things we do there to help are really fun like squeezing soap in to big buckets and making personal care kits. The ministry is very organized and the workers there are very friendly and polite. The tour at Matthew 25: Ministries is very well done and the tour guides are very informative. It walks you through the places where they send supplies such as dumps, places where natural disasters has happened, Appalachia, and many other places internationally and locally. I love Matthew 25: Ministries and the work they do for people all around the world.

Since becoming aware of M25M, I have been inspired by their mission and service to others to give back. I was blessed to join their Haiti trip this past year and my life was forever changed. The love, support and care that comes in form of physical, emotional and verbal gifts was outpouring from every member on the trip. The children and people that were served by the mission team and the lasting connections that are established there will not just change the lives of the people we met, but generations to come. The daily mission M25M provides to the city, community, states and world wide is beyond imaginable for such a "small" organization. I will continue to support M25M and will reach out to others to spread their good worth so all can see the impact they can make by helping M25M!

My children and I really enjoy coming to M25M to volunteer. The time there goes so quickly because we love being there to help. We have flattened coffee filters, prepared shirts, etc. for shipment. Thank you for the opportunities to serve!

I love bringing my children to Matthew 25 because they always find a kid friendly job for us to do. My kids actually think it's fun. I also love the education they give my kids with the third world country village and video for them to see. As a bonus, I can show them when Matthew 25 ends up on the news for sending things to an area hit by a natural disaster. It reminds them why we volunteer and why Matthew 25 exists.

I absolutely loved volunteering at M25 a few weekends ago. It was nice because each staff member was so personable and even though the work I was helping with was very basic, it was really enjoyable. The tour was great (especially the tour guide!) and it was so informative to learn more about M25's mission statement and why they do what they do. I will definitely be back to volunteer in the near future!

Our company is lucky enough to help support a few of the events that Matthew 25 puts on to help raise awareness and donations and I must say that from a service standpoint the work that they do is second to none. Never have I seen a organization move so quickly and without resevation or judgement to help those in need. The sheer ingenuity that they display to make use of items that others would deem dispensable is truly a work of art. Nothing donated goes to waste and every "care" package they put together is done by hand with love from volunteers that sometimes just show up at the door wanting to help. Every time I am at their facility I see amazing acts of kindness and unconditional caring. It has been amazing to watch Matthew 25's growth over the years and and I excited to see where the path will lead them in the future!

I travel with a group of friends to Matthew 25 Ministries once a month to work 2 hours. We are always greeted by friendly volunteers and taken to our clean, well organized work area. Explicit directions are given and our questions answered by the staff making the most of our time there - never any aimless wandering before we get to work. The time goes fast and tasks are very manageable. It's great feeling when disaster strikes somewhere - near or far- and I see news footage of Matthew 25 disaster relief heading out to the affected area!

I have visited and donated to Matthew 25. The dedication of employees and volunteers is amazing. The amount of goods they receive, process, and deliver is staggering. Along with that they do a lot to educate the public and especially children about the needs all over the world and how we can all help. And above all. almost everything donated is used to help others. You get the most for your money by donating to Matthew 25 Ministries.

I've worked with Matthew 25 Ministries at their site and on a trip with them to deliver winter clothing needed by elementary school children. There is a level of commitment and dedication throughout Matthew 25 Ministries, combined with a focus on those in need, that forms the basis for their growth and success in meeting the needs throughout the World of those whose circumstances in Life require such assistnance. Combined with the efficiency and humility with which they operate, you will find no better evidence of God's work being performed by your fellow man, woman, and child, than what you will find when you visit and support Matthew 25 Ministries.

We've taken groups to serve at Matthew 25 now on more than half a dozen occasions. I've done the tour a few times and have been encouraged and challenged every time. It is great to see the work they are faithfully committed to day in and day out. They make our volunteers feel appreciated, but we are the ones who are grateful to be able to partner with them in what God is doing.

They have helped both me and my family. My brothers went to an elementary school in WV. They come down multiple times a years to help the kids with winter jackets, shoes, and upkeep with the school. Every summer they come down and hold a week long summer camp for the kids. During this time they repaint the school, fix anything necessary whether it comes to the roof needing new repairs or gravel on the play grounds. By volunteering in the summers I became close with the Matthew 25 crew.

I was then asked in the summer of 2010 to accompany them on their annual mission trip to Haiti. This was a life-changing experience for me. I saw all the impact changes M25 was having on the places they visited. Being a college student at WVU it was mind boggling to me how much one group could impact the life's of so many people. I saw so much joy in such a place that was filled with tragedy, just by simply giving attention and love to those less fortunate.

I have stayed close with M25 and watch all the great kindness they do everyday from across the world to in our neighborhoods. They are truly one of the non-profits groups that is making so much change in so many lives.

I work for Covap, Inc. Covap, Inc. is a Bulk Mail Fulfillment house. I have been working with Mathew 25 Ministries on their mailings for the past three and a half years. On so many different levels it has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience. To watch these professionals do the work that they do, the passion and the expertise that they bring to that work is amazing.

I believe in Mathew 25 Ministries' mission, because the Mathew 25 personnel believe in it and they do an incredible job of communicating that passion of purpose to everything they do and everyone they interact with. I take great pride in he company I work for and the same pride in the companies I work with. Mathew 25 Ministries is at the very top of my list. These people believe in what they are doing and they communicate that belief well. They inspire you to be better than you are.

Many of the non-profits I work with don't dot all the I's or cross all the T's. The way the people at Mathew 25 Ministries approach their jobs, the I's and the T's are always dotted and crossed. They are passionate about using the monies that are donated in the most cost efficient ways possible.

As the Procter & Gamble Company Disaster Relief and Donation Coordinator, I have had the opportunity to work with Matthew 25: Ministries very closely over the past year. P&G is proud to be able to support M25M by providing product donations. I have experienced firsthand the incredible work in they do in efficiently and effectively distributing products to those most in need in the U.S. and around the world. M25M has also become an important partner of ours in the disaster response area. Their expertise and experience in responding and providing aid to victims of disaster is inspiring. Matthew 25 is in a select group of nonprofits that show excellence in all facets of their organization. As a donor I give with full confidence that the money is used wisely to deliver services and goods to those in need both domestically and around the world. As a volunteer I have been comforted in knowing that my time is as valuable to Matthew 25 as it is to me. Spending a Saturday morning in the warehouse can be both rewarding and exhausting, organizing and packaging donated items in order to get them to a place of need as quick as possible. As soon as I arrive I am given a task to do and an image of those who will be aided by the work. The staff is loving, friendly, well informed and hard working. I am blown away by their organization, efforts and execution when disaster strikes, such as the tragedies of Hurricane Katrina and the earthquake in Haiti. The world would be a better place with more nonprofits like M25M leading communities in disaster relief and humanitarian aid.

MATTHEW 25 has been a God send for our school and community. We are a small rural school and don't get much support. They provide our students with coats, gloves, and hats. They make sure our students start each school year in a clean building. That is just a few of the things they do for us. The people who come to our school are very kind to our students and staff. I really appriciate all the time and effort they put into us.

Matthew 25 has been a blessing to my school and community. I am a principal in a rural school in West Virginia. Matthew 25 has been bringing volunteers to the school every summer for many years. I don't know what we would do without them. They clean, paint, tile the floors, do maintenance, etc. They also do a week long summer day camp for the students. It is a great week! Matthew 25 also brings us classroom and cleaning supplies. Every winter, they bring winter coats for each student in the school. If it was not for Matthew 25, I don't think the school would be open. As I said before, we are very blessed to have them has a partner and a friend.

M25M is an amazing organization. The staff is compassionate, the donations are used wisely and they respond to a crisis incredibly quickly. M25M is devoted to making peoples lives better, particularly people in those areas that tend to be forgotten by the media and neglected by their government. The organization communicates with their volunteers and donors extremely well. This is a first class organization in every respect.

Matthew 25: Ministries has consistently impressed me with how they treat all of the volunteers who walk through their door. Whether it be an adult with years of volunteer experience to a grade school student who is just volunteering for the first time, the staff at M25M is always inviting and putting every hand to good use. In addition to all of their great volunteer opportunities, the staff also takes the time to take each group through their "education area" which highlights what M25M does to assist communities in need and why they believe so passionately in doing so. I know that I will come back to M25M for years to come to assist in whatever they are doing.

M25 donates new winter coats to all of the students in our school every year. Many kids would not have new coats or coats that fit if it were not for their generosity. They also donate supplies such as paper towels, cleaner, copy paper, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. that helps keep our school open and running. When the van driver for our after school program was left with nothing after a house fire, M25 made sure he and his wife had appliances and some needed furniture to make their lives a lot less worrisome. The people we have gotten to know from this organization are not just volunteers in our school community, they are like family.

I have been involved with Matthew 25 Ministries as both a donor and a volunteer. Every time I visit the warehouse or read a newsletter, I am amazed by all that M25M accomplishes each year. They distribute donated items to the neediest areas of the world, build permanent homes for people who have lived out of cardboard lean-tos, provide medical care, distribute food from the Prasco Food Proscessing Center, create and distribute notebooks from repurposed paper, and even remix paint that has been donated to distribute to not-for-profits around the globe. It truly is amazing the numerous ways that M25M is able to make a difference in the lives of the poorest of the poor. By partnering with in-country ministries, M25M is able to effective in disaster relief situations. When boats worth of donated relief supplies sat in the harbors of Haiti after the earthquake held up in bureaucratic red tape, M25M was able to quickly get supplies to the people that needed them. I am very impressed with this ministry and will continue to partner with them for years to come.

As a volunteer at Matthew 25: Ministries and as a professional who has worked for and with a number of non-profits through my career, I wholehearted give this organization a "thumbs-up," a # 10 in organizational strategies, in education others about their mission, in actualizing and providing accountability of their mission in the United States and throughout the world. They use very effective media/means to teach the public about natural disasters, the tremendous needs of "the poorest of the poor" of our country and the world. Matthew 25 is an organization that depends on volunteers (church groups, school children, families and individuals) as well as partnerships with business. They are well organized and during such crisis as the Haiti earthquake were able to handle up to 800 volunteers in one day. All who assist at Matthew 25 are warmly received and appreciated. While Matthew 25 is a non-profit who looks to others for donations to their mission, the board and administration take initiatives to raise money with such things as a golf event, a 5k run or the publication of books. I don't know if there is any other non-profit that has been so effective in rallying people to their mission as Matthew 25 has been. In addition, it is a most cost-effective, well-organized and managed organization. Matthew 25: Ministries provides opportunities for people in the greater Cincinnati area (and beyond) give our time and talent to help the poor of the world and to lend a hand in times of natural disasters.

This non-profit is multi-faceted: providing clothing and food to those in need, providing personal care items and other items at times of natural disasters, school supplies and clothes to children in poor countries, health care to families in Haiti, job opportunities for those who may need extra consideration at a particular time in their life.

All non-profits are well intentioned, but Matthew 25 backs up it's intentions with unequaled results. The Metty family understands that organization and continued innovation are the key to running any successful business and they have used that model not for personal gain but to help the poorest of the poor. The food processing Center and the reblending of paint program are unbelieveable accomplishments but they are also simply the beginning. Tim and his dedicated staff are always on the cutting edge when it comes to helping others. I have personally been on 2 mission trips to West Virginia where M25M is helping to keep a grade school in a very depressed part of the state not only open but thriving. On these trips, I marvel not only at the work being accomplished by the legion of volunteers but also at the parents of these students who after witnessing M25M's impact have now started to become more involved with the school and their child's future. Changing futures for the better is what M25M is all about.

Matthew 25: Ministries continually amazes me in how effective and efficient they are in exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders. M25M demonstrates the highest level of integrity while compassionately responding to the needs of others in times of great despair. An incredible ministry!

Products are given to M25M and they always find a use for the number of items that might otherwise be filling up landfills. They have found uses for everything that is donated, even using the pallets that the products are shipped on. M25M thinks outside of the box. The community spirit has inspired so many companies to donate their time and leftover products. M25M has touched my heart, and I continue to spread the word about the organization. I remember one particuliar day that I volunteered. We matched women's shoes, by size, left and rights, and colors. These shoes were shipped to women and children, where this might be their first pair of shoes in their life. It was an experience to be a small part of M25M.
When natural disasters hit, anywhere n the world, they are a first responder, and ship out products from food to relief supplies.

Matthew 25 and the Mettey family are great people! I have had the previlage of working with them professionally as well as on a personal level and you could not ask for a more devoted organization to helping the poor and underprivilaged people of the world.
They spring into action in a time of crisis and distaster, to ready what is needed at the site to help people.
Their organization and the facility are amazing. What we as a wealthy developed country throw away is sad. But Matthew 25 takes our extras and turns it into valuable prodcuts and needs for the poor.

The atmosphere at Mathew 25 is just outstanding. My kids and I have volunteered with Mathew 25 several times over the years through different opportunities, whether it was through work, school, church, or just going ourselves. It is such a great place to volunteer. The staff is friendly, and helps you to be as productive as you want to be. You can really understand the difference you are making.

I started volunteering with Matthew 25 Ministries right after it started, shortly after Pastor Mettey's first trip to Nicaragua. I have always been inspired by not only the staff, but perhaps more importantly, by the volunteers. The people of Cincinnati are fortunate to have a place to come and work on a Saturday afternoon, or throughout the week and know without a doubt that the work matters. Tens of thousands come every year to process goods to be distributed to the poor throughout the US and the world. It is especially inspiring to see the large numbers of kids every weekend that come to work. They have pure joy on their faces because it's not only fun, but they feel good about what they're doing.

Another thing that is inspiring about M25M is their financial stewardship. I know of no other organization that does so much with the resources they have been blessed with. And it's not just those of us that come to work there that feel that way. Their independent audits prove year after year that Matthew 25 is dedicated to maximizing the number of people throughout the world they can help with the least possible cost. This is why Forbes and others have recognized M25M as being one of the most efficient charities in the US. That matters to me. I hope you'll take the time to research it yourself if you're interested. It's truly astounding.

I have also been on two trips with M25M, one to Nicaragua, and one to West Virginia. People's lives are being greatly impacted by the work of volunteers at M25M. I've seen it, I've heard it directly from the mouths of the people affected, I've lived it.

I became involved with M25M six years ago when they came to Brownton, WV(rural community) on their first summer mission trip. My children attended Mt. Vernon school where M25M holds a summer camp for the students every year & provide much needed improvements to the school. Since that first summer I have volunteered every year to help with this mission trip they organize for our school. M25 also provide winter coats for all Mt. Vernon students through donations made by Cintas. Many of the students at Mt. Vernon would not have a good winter coat if M25M did not bring them down every fall. Most of the students have a smile from ear to ear & do not take off their coat, hat or gloves all day(one year it was extremely warm but they still wanted to keep them on!) M25M also bring Christmas gifts for all the students every year that myself & fellow "elves" wrap for Santa to pass out!! If you could see the look on students faces when they open their gifts it is priceless! My family has had the privilege to tour the M25M facility couple of times & every time I am blown away by everything they do around the world!! My oldest daughter was able to go on Haiti mission trip in 2011 with M25M where they visited 5 orphanages to provide vaccines & other care to the children. It was an amazing opportunity for her & she has been on other mission trips but seen the most results from charity that M25M provides. Mr. Mettey's vision for M25M is amazing to take what most companies would disregard and collect, sort and distribute to need people all over the world wow pure genius!! My church has a group that goes once a month or so and I thought it would be good to involve the kids in something family oriented and learn to give back a bit. Wow- we were way off base. From the minute we walked in the building until we left 3 and1/2 hours later....amazing. We worked, took the global tour since it was our first time there and enjoyed being side by side other kids actually doing something beneficial for someone else. But it wasn't until we got home and I was sitting with the kids at prayer time that it become clear exactly what the day had been about to them. My son says- Mom, I can't get those pictures of kids out of my head. Are there really that many people out there that have to live like that? I told him unfortunately, yes. My daughter then pipes up, well, then we need to do more about it! FYI- my kids are 9 and 11. I was floored. M25M had given more to us than we could ever give to them. ANd if that's what we get out of it, what can it possibly mean to the children and families that have nothing when they see that truck pull up with all those supplies? We are committed for life to M25M and anywhere else that God leads us! Thank you for the eye opening experience for a family that has had a very small reminder in a very big way of just how blessed we are and how we need to share that! Our morning at M25M opened the eyes of adults and children alike and in an amazing way!

I have volunteered with Matthew 25: Ministries for nearly five years. Throughout this time I have personally volunteered, taken my junior high students to volunteer, run in their 5K race, and have been on a summer mission trip.

Throughout these experiences I have been consistently impressed with the way their desire to help the poor motivates all they do. After each experience with Matthew 25 I am more excited than I was before, to be a part of what they are doing.

I find it an honor to donate time and resources to Matthew 25, knowing they will be used to their maximum to help those in need. This organization often strikes me as being carefully planned and well organized. I know that that through them, my donated resources are changing the world.

Since All the reviews written here are done so by Board members and their friends I would like to ask a question. What justifies a charity, such as yours, to take donations from hard working people and then pay an exorbitant salary to the CEO? Oh, and please respond with a better answer than, "He deserves it."

In wanting to expland the service experiences of our 5-8 grade youth at Faith Lutheran Church in Finneytown, we incorporated Matthew 25 into a Week of Service. (Day 1-River Cleanup; Day 2-Member Yardwork; Day 3-Matthew 25; Day 4-Neighbor yardwork and Church Needs; Day 5-Ronald McDonald House) At M25M our youth assisted with filling 4x4x4 tanks of Gojo Soap, we worked with the Community Appreciation Drive-Thru Lunch and filled a gaylord of Health Care Packages. Our youth were very committed throughout all the work they were asked to do that they worked an hour BEYOND the time we were scheduled. Our Senior high youth also volunteer at M25M for their Service Saturday events approximately once every other month. A youth commented when looking at the warehouse..."The end is nowhere in site." An adult reflected, "The end of the need is nowhere in site either."

I first became aware of M25M a few years ago when i celebrated my birthday by having guests bring canned goods as "gifts", which we then donated to M25M. From that small start i now have the oppty to work with M25M as part of my role in P&G where we donate products whenever possible, especially in help of disaster relief. And approximately two years ago I was honored to join the Board at M25M. Thsi past June I was blessed to join the M25M team on a medical mission trip to Haiti. Working closely with such caring individuals just reinforced to me the outstanding nature of the M25M organzation and the people who work in and around it.

About 15 years ago I was at a time in my life that I wanted to "give something back". A friend told me about M25M. To check them out I joined them in a mission trip to Nicaragua. I saw the "poorest of the poor" and that M25M was making a difference. Since then, as a board member, I have seen their continuing growth in aid both around the world and at home, in sustainable support and in disaster relief.

I found about M25M 10 years ago thru a close friend, Mike Brandy. I have technical skills and the ministry needed those skills to prduce notebooks for kids to use threw out the world. What I found was a great organization that is HELPING people thru out the world. It is simply oridinary people doing ordinary things extraordinarly well. I have been personlly rewared in finding such a great organization to donate my time and energy. Anyone that tours M25M will feel and sense the same feeling as I do.

Over 20 years ago, a friend asked me if, as a CPA, I would donate my time to prepare a tax return for a new non profit start-up that collected usable, but discarded corporate inventory and distributed it to the poor. That decision was one of the best I have made in my long history of volunteering with non profit organizations. I am so proud and humbled to be able to participate as a Board Member and Treasurer, and see the efficiency and care in all areas of the operation provided by its dedicated and creative staff. I have volunteered as a clothing sorter several times, and heartily recommend this experience to friends and family who are looking for a good place to give back. I am impressed with the courtesy, respect and friendship extended to each volunteer. Over 80,000 volunteer hours were recorded in 2011 alone.

I have been involved with Matthew 25 since 2000. My first experience was as a volunteer where I would sort items and prepare them for shipment. I have been a board member since 2005. I am continually impressed with the leadership and staff. Not only do they truly care about the poorest of the poor but they are wise stewarts of every dollar or like kind donation that is received. A staff has been assembled at Matthew 25 that is second to none.

I have been a weekly volunteer for several years because I have found M25M to be making an enormous impact on those in need in many areas of the world and because the organization, management and people there are first rate; really like a large caring family. I take great satisfaction in being a part of it and this has led me to become a regular donor as well as a volunteer. I could not find any fault on any level with this charity and have total confidence that my donations are well applied. It is also a great charity to tour and see first-hand.

In the year plus that I have volunterred at M25M the staff has always been so friendly and appreciative of my service. They are extremely organized and always thanking me for my time. I have met so many nice people--staff and volunteers- that I look forword to the time I spend ever week at M25M.

I have had the opportunity to volunteer on three different occasions at M25M, and all three times, I was amazed at the amount of merchandise that is processed, the professional process of the volunteers time, the organized and friendly staff and the outreach of this ministry. I plan to volunteer whenever I can when in Cincinnati!

I have family in Cincinnati and have had two opportunities to volunteer on the Saturday that I am there. It has been a phenomenal experience and I look forward to repeating that experience. The third time I visited for my Nephew's Graduation and that prevented us from volunteering and we all commented on how much we missed that. Of course, my nephews graduation was awesome so we had a good reason. The staff at Matthew 25 are passioned and so well skilled at making the volunteer experience one of the best!! I am so amazed at what this organization does here in the United States and abroad. I hope to continue my support of this ministry for years to come! I loved seeing entire families showing up for their Saturday volunteer experience. What a great example these parents are setting for their children. Giving back to your community is an amazing gift you give yourself!!

I have been volunteering for over a year, for 2 hours once a week. The staff is extremely friendly, grateful and efficient. I have something to do every time I come. The other volunteers are also very friendly. I really like that you can come whenever you want. M25M is very sensitive to your preferences.

The staff members explain the stations well and are very friendly. I get to work on something different every time--it doesn't get boring. Other volunteers are also fun and nice to work with.

This is a wonderful ministry. It helps so many people locally and all over the world and there is always a need for help, especially in this time. If you come once, you will want to come again...and again.

I come to M25M because it is good exercise with good people and we are helping people who need help and helping the environment. I come often with friends and with church. It is convenient, just down the street. Be a shame not to come when it is so close.

What we work on at Matthew 25: Ministries is real-time recycling of materials that is helpful to people who need it. It is well-organized. They have been in the ministry for a long time and there is a wide variety of help they offer--the products are going where they are needed, not just shipped out with no purpose.

hi, am Everlyne from Kenya am volunteering myself to do the work of God being assisted from your organization.am an orphan and have gone through hardship and through you an the stories have read in your website about your help and support i would request for your support so that i can give hope to the less previraged in our society who are also orphans like me.in our society many children have been left orphan and there parents died from HIV/AIDS.Have volunteered myself to help them but i dont have enough resources to see them through and be better persons in future.am struggling for them so that i can make ends meet.i request for your assistancs so that i can build a home of orphanage and take good care of them.I really need your support and prayers for these innocent children.thanks and may God bless you.

My company began giving food donations to M25M a couple of years ago. Now I am working for my husband's company and volunteering at M25M once a week. We also participate in the race every year. We firmly believe Matthew 25: Ministries is a well-organized operation that does wonderful works.

13 years ago I was looking for some volunteer agency after retiring from a teaching position I had. I decided to try one time at Matthew 25: Ministries and that was enough to hook my wife and me. The leadership at M25M is extraordinary. The staff I have met are dedicated to the mission of M25M. I see no reason to leave and I am completely satisfied.

It is an honor to serve as the chairman of the board for Matthew 25: Ministries. What I love about M25M is the efficiency of this organization-more than 99% of cash and in-kind donations go towards programs and directly helping people. They are able to reach millions of people each year--15.5 million in 2011 alone around the world and here in the United States. Truly what makes M25M special is the leadership, staff and volunteers.

I took my 8-year old grandson there Saturday and we reclaimed liquid soap along with about 20 others. He was thrilled with helping asking me three times "Can we go back to work now" when we were on break. Good orientation movie and tour. Great experience for both of us.

I am a huge fan of Matthew 25 Ministries. They are such a blessing to so many all over the world. I have worked with them on many projects and am so blessed by their staff. They have such a heart to serve and they are impacting so many lives all over the world. Such a generous group of people empowering ministry all over the world!
